India’s Oil & Natural Gas Offers Naphtha Cargo From Hazira Port

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s largest state-owned oil explorer, offered 35,000 metric tons of naphtha for loading from Hazira port, according to a document sent to potential buyers.
