EU Says It’s Reached ‘Good Degree of Understanding’ With Google

The European Commission said it’s reached a “good degree of understanding” with Google Inc. (GOOG) over a possible settlement of an antitrust probe.
Antoine Colombani, a spokesman for the European Commission, said in an e-mail that the EU had “reached a good degree of understanding on possible solutions” and would continue discussions with Google.
