Colorado Suspect Held on First Degree Murder Suspicion

James Holmes, suspected in the shooting deaths of 12 people at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater, appeared for a short initial hearing today in state court in Centennial. He was advised of his rights, that he is suspected of first degree murder, and ordered to return to court on July 30 for the filing of formal charges.

He was advised of his rights, and that he is suspected of first degree murder, and ordered to return to court on July 30.
