Tax Reforms Attract Major Firms for U.K. Return, Telegraph Says

As many as 15 major companies may follow WPP Plc’s return to the U.K. after changes to rules on taxing foreign profits, the Sunday Telegraph reported, citing briefings by Commercial Secretary to the Treasury James Sassoon.
The firms, which weren’t identified, have appointed accountant PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to investigate the transfer, the newspaper said.
