ENRC Close to Agreement to Buy Out Gertler, Sunday Times Reports

Eurasian Natural Resources Plc, the U.K.-traded mining company, is close to an agreement on buying out Dan Gertler, the owner of a 49.5 percent stake in a copper mine in Democratic Republic of Congo, the Sunday Times said, without saying how it got the information.
The agreement may be announced within a month, the newspaper said.
