Vale to Pay Up to 4.5 Billion Reais in Royalties, Reuters Says

Vale SA, the world’s second-biggest mining company, has completed negotiations with Brazil’s National Mineral Production Department over unpaid royalties and has agreed to pay up to 4.5 billion reais ($2.2 billion), Reuters reported, citing unnamed people.
