Britain May See Toll Instituted on Existing Road, Telegraph Says

The U.K. may for the first time impose a toll on an existing stretch of road, the Daily Telegraph reported, citing Transport Secretary Justine Greening.

A toll is being considered for a widened, 20-mile section of the A14 highway in Cambridgeshire, England, the newspaper cited Greening as saying.
