Germany to Name Maassen as Domestic Security Chief, FTD Reports
Hans-Georg Maassen is to be the new head of the Bundesverfassungsschutz, Germany’s security agency, the Financial Times Deutschland reported, without saying where it got the information.
Maassen, who heads an anti-terrorism division at the Interior Ministry, will be presented to the public tomorrow, the newspaper said.
