Vodafone May Get $4.5 Billion From Verizon, Sunday Times Says

Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) may get a dividend of $4.5 billion from Verizon Wireless, its U.S. venture with Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ), the Sunday Times reported, without saying where it got the information.

The Newbury, England-based company will probably pass the money on to shareholders in the form of a special dividend, the newspaper report said.
