Ireland’s Ulster Bank Considers Regulation in England, Post Says

Ulster Bank Ltd. told the Irish government it wants to be regulated by the Bank of England instead of Ireland’s central bank, the Sunday Business Post reported.

The Dublin-based newspaper didn’t say where it got the information about the bank, a unit of Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc.
