Romania’s OMV Petrom Appoints Secosan as Executive Board Member

OMV Petrom SA (SNP), Romania’s biggest oil company, said it appointed Cristian Secosan as a member of its executive board, responsible for gas and power operations.
Secosan replaces Hilmar Kroat-Reder, who gave up his mandate in the Romanian company and will remain a board member at OMV AG (OMV)’s units in Turkey, Petrom said in a statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange today.
