Angola to Give Parties $8.3 Million for Election, Angop Reports

Angola, Africa’s second-biggest oil producer, will allocate a total 788.5 million kwanza ($8.3 million) to political parties before the Aug. 31 election, Angop reported, citing a presidential statement.
The National Electoral Commission will decide how much money each of the parties will receive, the Luanda-based news agency said.
