Rossi Residencial Falls After Reporting Drop in Contracted Sales

Rossi Residencial SA (RSID3) tumbled after reporting that its contracted sales fell 24 percent to 682 million reais ($334 million) in the second quarter from a year earlier. The shares were down 5.8 percent to 4.04 reais at 11:20 a.m. in Sao Paulo.
