Texas Won’t Expand Medicaid, Implement Health Insurance Exchange

July 9 (Bloomberg) --Texas has no intention of implementing a state insurance exchange or expanding Medicaid as part of U.S. health care reform, Governor Rick Perry said in an e-mailed statement.
