World Bank Unit Invests $15 Million in Romanian Shipping Company

The World Bank’s International Finance Corp. will invest 12 million euros ($15 million) in Transport Trade Services, a Romanian shipping company.
The investment is to help improve shipping and logistics services, especially on the Danube River, and boost trade in the region, IFC said in an e-mailed statement today.
