German Shares Decline as Draghi Points to Outlook Risks

German stocks declined as European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said risks to the economic outlook are still “on the downside.”

The benchmark DAX index declined 0.3 percent to 6,545.11 at 2:37 p.m. in Frankfurt, as 23 stocks in the 30-member gauge declined and seven advanced.
