Shell Applies to Turkey to Seek Oil in Black Sea, Sabah Reports

Royal Dutch Shell Plc (RDSA) has applied to Turkiye Petrolleri AO, Turkey’s state oil and gas company, to search for oil and gas in the Black Sea, Sabah reported, without saying where it got the information.
The drilling may cost as much as $300 million, the Istanbul-based newspaper said.
