Madagascar Central Bank to Be Sole Gold Exporter, l’Express Says

Madagascar’s central bank will be the only entity allowed to export gold, l’Express de Madagascar reported, citing a statement from the government.
Buyers will be selected via an international tender, the Antananarivo-based newspaper reported on its website today.
