West Bromwich Albion completed the permanent move of goalkeeper Ben Foster from Birmingham, the Premier League club said on its website.
Foster, who spent last season on loan with the Baggies, signed a three-year contract with a club option for a further two seasons. Terms of the transfer weren’t disclosed by either team.
Foster, 29, started the first 37 games last season, missing the finale with an injury, in helping West Brom to its best Premier League finish of 10th place. He tied the club record with 10 Premier League shutouts.
