Acron Holders Vote Against 2011 Dividend of 46 Rubles a Share

OAO Acron, a Russian fertilizer maker, said shareholders voted against paying a final 2011 dividend of 46 rubles ($1.39) a share at a meeting today, according to a regulatory filing.

Elena Kochubey, a spokeswoman for the Velikiy Novgorod- based producer, declined to comment on the reasons for the decision. Russian billionaire Viatcheslav Kantor owns 84.6 percent of Acron, according to the company.
