India’s May Oil Refinery Output Climbs 2.9% to 14.8 Million Tons

India’s crude oil refineries increased fuel production by 2.9 percent to 14.8 million metric tons in May, the oil ministry said.
Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL)’s output rose 1.9 percent to 3 million tons last month, while Indian Oil Corp.’s production fell 4.1 percent to 4.6 million tons, the ministry said in an e- mailed statement today.
