U.K.’s Coryton Oil Refinery Sold as an Import Terminal

The Coryton oil refinery in the U.K., owned by Petroplus Holdings AG before it filed for insolvency earlier this year, has been sold to three companies for use as an import terminal, the administrator PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP said in an e-mailed statement today.
The three companies buying the site are Royal Dutch Shell Plc (RDSA), Royal Vopak NV and Greenergy International Ltd., it said.
