Hellenic Telecom May Sell Its Bulgarian Unit, Imerisia Reports
Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (HTO), Greece’s largest phone company, may sell its Bulgarian Globul mobile-phone unit if it can get a satisfactory price, Imerisia reported, without citing anyone.
The sale of the unit could raise at least 800 million euros ($1 billion) and the company has hired Citigroup Inc. (C) as an adviser, the newspaper said.
