EDF Agrees Life Extension for U.K. Plants, Mail on Sunday Says

Electricite de France SA agreed to extend the life of seven of its nuclear power plants in the U.K. by two years, according to the Mail on Sunday, which cited Chief Executive Officer Vincent de Rivaz.

The plants will now be able to close in 2025 compared with the previous 2023 deadline, according to the newspaper.
