Facebook Hires Former Apple Design Manager Weeldreyer

Facebook Inc. (FB), operator of the world’s biggest social network, said it has hired former Apple Inc. (AAPL) design manager Chris Weeldreyer.

Weeldreyer will work on mobile products, Menlo Park, California-based Facebook said in an e-mailed statement today.
