Exxon Offers Rosneft Joint Project in Iraq, Kommersant Says

Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) asked state- controlled OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, to jointly develop the West Qurna project in Iraq, Kommersant reported, citing people familiar with the talks. Rosneft may take a 20 percent stake in the project, Kommersant said.
