Surgut Said to Offer Urals, ESPO Crude Cargoes in Tender

OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell 200,000 metric tons of Urals blend for loading in July from the Baltic Sea and 500,000 tons of East Siberian Pacific Ocean Pipeline crude for August, two traders who participate in the market said.
