Russia Plans to Sell 39 Billion Rubles of Seven-Year OFZs

Russia’s Finance Ministry plans to sell 39 billion rubles of seven-year ruble bonds, according to a statement on the ministry’s website today. The offering will be priced to yield 8.35 percent to 8.45 percent, the ministry said.
