Windreich Is Making IPO Plans for Fall, Chairman Tells Die Welt

Windreich AG, Germany’s largest developer of offshore wind farms, is preparing for a possible initial public offering of 25 percent of its shares this fall, founder and chairman Willi Balz said in a preview of an interview to be published in Die Welt today.

The company hasn’t yet decided whether to go ahead with the offering, Balz told the newspaper.
