Treasuries Advance; 10-Year Yield Drops 2 Basis Points to 1.56%

U.S. 10-year notes advanced, pushing the yield on the securities down two basis points to 1.56 percent as of 12:10 p.m. London time.
The nation’s 30-year bond yield also dropped two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 2.67 percent.
