Megafon to Merge With Scartel in Single Holding, Kommersant Says

Scartel, a Russian Internet provider that operates under the name Yota, and OAO MegaFon, Russia’s second-largest mobile-phone operator, will merge under one holding, Kommersant reported, citing a person close to the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service.
