TelecomDaily Survey Says 52% of Russians Abroad Use Cell Roaming

More than half of Russians travelling outside their country use international roaming services on their cellphones, TelecomDaily reported yesterday, citing a survey.

Of 1,953 passengers surveyed in airports in Moscow and St. Petersburg earlier this month, 52 percent said they used a roaming service while abroad, the Russian telecoms news service said.
