Moscow May Restrict Freight Traffic Within City, Vedomosti Says

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin may restrict freight vehicles’ access to the Russian capital during the daytime, Vedomosti reported, citing unidentified city hall employees.

The plans involve limiting the number of vehicles heavier than one ton allowed within Moscow’s outer ring road between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., the newspaper said.
