CBS Bid for ABC Restraining Order Over ‘Glass House’ Show Denied

A federal judge said he has tentatively decided to reject a CBS Corp. (CBS) bid for a court order halting “The Glass House,” the ABC network reality television show scheduled to premier June 18, while the networks litigate copyright infringement claims. The judge in Los Angeles federal court said that CBS is unlikely to win the lawsuit on the merits. The hearing is continuing.
