Mexico on Hurricane Watch as Depression Three-E Forms

A tropical depression formed in the Pacific Ocean, prompting Mexico to issue a hurricane warning for the southern coast of the country, the National Hurricane Center said in an advisory.
The system, named Three-E, formed about 515 miles (830 kilometers) south east of Puerto Angel, Mexico, and is expected to strengthen, according to the advisory at 8 p.m. Pacific time yesterday. The wind speed is 35 miles per hour.
The cyclone is expected to approach the southern coast of Mexico tomorrow, the enter said.
