England Picks Flood for Second Rugby Test Against South Africa

England coach Stuart Lancaster picked Toby Flood ahead of Owen Farrell at fly-half for the second rugby Test against South Africa in Johannesburg on June 16.

England lost the first match 22-17 in Durban on June 9. The third and final Test is in Port Elizabeth on June 23.
