Italy’s Gasoline Demand Drops 9.6% in May, Ministry Data Shows

Italy’s gasoline consumption in May dropped 9.6 percent from a year earlier to 733,000 metric tons, according to data from the Ministry of Economic Development.
Diesel and gasoil demand fell 8.2 percent to 2.28 million tons, according to the data. The country’s total fuel demand declined 9.6 percent to 5.36 million tons, it showed.
