ING Bank Agrees to Pay $619 Million to Settle Iran Probe

ING Bank NV has agreed to pay $619 million to settle a probe into how financial institutions bypass sanctions on countries including Iran, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. said.
