Russian Operator Scartel Quits Belarus Market, Kommersant Says

Scartel, the Russian Internet provider which operates under the name Yota, is exiting Belarus to focus on its domestic and Nicaraguan markets, Kommersant reported, citing managing director Yegor Ivanov.
The company, which had invested $10 million to develop its Belarus business, will dismantle its infrastructure and sell the assets, the newspaper said.
