Ukraine’s Smart Holding Seeks to Buy Forum, Interfax Reports

LLC Smart Holding, owned by Ukrainian businessman Vadim Novinsky, is in talks with Germany’s Commerzbank AG (CBK) to buy the Ukrainian lender Bank Forum JSC (FORM), Interfax-Ukraine newswire reported, citing Novinsky.
