Indonesia’s Pertamina Seeks to Buy Jet Fuel for Third-Quarter

Indonesia’s PT Pertamina is seeking to buy as much as 500,000 barrels of jet fuel from July to September, according to a document obtained by Bloomberg News.

The state-owned company’s subsidiary, Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd., known as Petral, has tendered to buy two to five 100,000-barrel cargoes to be delivered during the third quarter.

The details of the offer are as follows:

Quantity:        200,000 to 500,000 barrels
Delivery:        July to September
Pricing:         Platts/Argus Singapore Jet Kerosene
Basis:           Cost-and-freight (C.F.R.) to Jakarta or
Buyer:           Pertamina
Close:           June 8, 11 a.m. Singapore time
Validity:        June 8, 7 p.m.
