JPMorgan to Pay $178 Million for Stake in Sura’s Asset Manager

Colombia’s Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA said JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) agreed to pay $178 million for a stake of less than 5 percent in the group’s asset management unit, according to a regulatory filing.
