Russia May Raise Gas-Transport Fees More Than Planned, RIA Says

Russia may increase natural-gas transportation tariffs more than planned for independent producers, RIA Novosti reported, citing a Federal Tariff Service spokesman it didn’t identify.

Rates may rise 7 percent from July, compared with an earlier-planned increase of 4.8 percent, RIA said. The government will discuss the change on June 8, according to the news service.
