China’s Diesel Imports in April Slide 73%; LNG Purchases Gain

China’s diesel imports stood at 35,239 metric tons in April, down 73 percent from a year earlier, the General Administration of Customs said in an e- mailed statement today.
Liquefied natural gas imports were at 1.06 million tons, up 24 percent, and coal imports, including lignite, rose 90 percent to 25.05 million tons, according to the statement.
