Auchan, Renault-Nissan to Form Banks in Russia, Kommersant Says

Groupe Auchan SA and the Renault- Nissan alliance plan to launch bank projects in cooperation with their financial partners in Russia that include Credit Europe Group and Unicredit Group, Kommersant reported, citing several people familiar with the plans.
