Acciona, Aveng to Develop Wind Park, Solar Plant in South Africa

Acciona SA (ANA) and Aveng Ltd. won two renewable-energy projects in South Africa.
The companies will build, own and operate a 135-megawatt wind park and a 74-megawatt solar plant, Acciona said today in an e-mailed statement. They were selected by South Africa’s Department of Energy in the second round of a tender.
