Reubens Bid for Battersea Power Station Site, Sunday Times Says

London Riverside Development Corp., backed by billionaire brothers David and Simon Reuben, is bidding for Battersea Power Station, the Sunday Times reported.

The company, whose investors include Godfrey Bradman, one of the developers of Broadgate in London’s City district, made the highest bid for the Battersea site of more than 330 million pounds ($521 million), the paper said, without citing anyone.

An informal shortlist also includes Chelsea Football Club Ltd. and Malaysia’s SP Setia Bhd (SPSB), according to the Sunday Times. All parties declined to comment, the newspaper said.
