GM, Peugeot to Decide on Brazil Factory This Month, Veja Says

General Motors Co. (GM) and PSA Peugeot Citroen will decide on a 1-billion-euro ($1.28 billion) investment to build a factory in Brazil by the end of this month, Veja magazine reported in its Radar column, without saying where it got the information.
The plant may be built in Rio de Janeiro or Minas Gerais state, the Sao Paulo-based magazine said.
