U.S. 10-Year Treasuries Decline; Yield Advances to 1.79 Percent

U.S. 10-year Treasuries declined, pushing the yield on the securities up two basis points to 1.79 percent as of 12:30 p.m. London time.
U.S. 30-year yields were little changed at 2.91 percent.
