Vinik Asset Management Cut Stake in SPDR Gold Trust Last Quarter

Vinik Asset Management Holdings cut its stake in the SPDR Gold Trust in the first quarter, according to a government filing.
As of March 31, Vinik held 2.3 million shares in the exchange-traded product backed by the precious metal, from 2.6 million at the end of the fourth quarter, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing showed today.
